- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Drive sales and business growth for the Dental & Derma product portfolio across East India.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dentists, dermatologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales objectives and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Develop and manage the distributor/dealer network across the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales reports, and territory updates for management.
Preferred candidate profile We looking for a agile and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence across East India.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dental, Derma, Pharmaceutical Sales along with excellent team-management, communication, and business-development skills.
