Recruitment Specialist – International Hiring

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end international recruitment of Teachers and Nurses.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen qualified Teachers and Nurses for overseas opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate documentation, credential verification, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support candidates with interview scheduling, offers, and relocation/onboarding processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international hiring.
- Experience recruiting Teachers, Nurses, or other skilled professionals is preferred.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and candidate-management skills.
- Knowledge of international recruitment processes and documentation is an advantage.
