Role Description The Recruiter role at AcceleratorX is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

This role involves building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, partnering with teams to understand role requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will also support employer branding activities, maintain accurate recruitment data,



and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and teams.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and provide clear feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles.
- Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment metrics, and best practices in candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for education, edtech, or professional learning organizations is an advantage.
