Recruitment Consultant BFSI & Insurance

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days WFO + 2 days WFH, subject to business requirements

Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to independently manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for our corporate clients, with an initial focus on BFSI, Insurance, Sales and high-volume hiring across multiple locations in India.

The role requires a hands-on recruiter who can take complete ownership from requirement understanding sourcing screening interview coordination selection joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, role fit, location, CTC, notice period, communication and joining availability.
- Handle BFSI, Insurance, Agency/Bancassurance, Direct Sales and other corporate hiring mandates.
- Manage multiple positions and locations simultaneously, including Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
- Coordinate interviews and actively follow up with candidates to improve interview attendance and joining conversion.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and referral network.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS covering CVs sourced,



profiles submitted, interviews,selections, offers and joinings.
- Coordinate professionally with client HR teams and take ownership of timely closures.

Skills & Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy/staffing company.
- Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Sales recruitment strongly preferred.
- Robust working knowledge of Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent candidate calling, screening,communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume, multi-location recruitment and work against deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable taking complete ownership of closures.

Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with a strong track record in BFSI/Insurance recruitment and demonstrated closures.
