Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Recruiter Intern.

The Recruiter

Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting internship and job opportunities, sourcing candidates through online platforms, and screening applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, communicating with applicants, and assisting with onboarding processes. The intern will also help improve recruitment strategies, collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs,



and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with the ability to learn and apply basic hiring processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling candidate data and multiple requisitions.
- Comfort using online tools and platforms for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records (e.g., job boards, spreadsheets, collaboration tools).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program; studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields are an advantage.
- Skilled, inclusive mindset with a commitment to fair and unbiased recruitment practices.
