We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and approachable Receptionist & Admin Executive to manage front-desk operations while supporting day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the reception area and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general enquiries.

- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front-office documentation.

- Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, courier services, and office supplies.

- Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.

- Maintain employee and office records and assist with documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management as required.

- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative requirements.

- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.





- Support HR/admin activities such as joining formalities, attendance records, and employee documentation when required.

- Ensure the reception and common areas are maintained in a professional and presentable manner.

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Freshers can apply.

- experience in reception, administration, front office, or a similar role will be an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional, presentable, and courteous personality.

- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office tools.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
