Receptionist cum Telecaller — Full time Location: Hyderabad Studios: Baby Studio and Lens Tribe Studio We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Female Receptionist cum Telecaller to welcome clients and support the day-to-day operations of our studios. ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients, answer questions and manage walk-ins. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries.

Call prospective and existing clients to share information, follow up on leads and confirm appointments. Schedule and coordinate photo-session bookings. Maintain client details, booking records and daily enquiry updates.

Coordinate with the photography team to help ensure a smooth client experience. Keep the reception area organised and professional.



RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Telugu ; Hindi is a plus.

Friendly, polite and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp. Organised, punctual and able to manage multiple enquiries. Prior experience in reception, customer service or telecalling is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers may apply.
