Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Pune City. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including role scoping with hiring managers, sourcing talent through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer stages. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and facilitating interviews, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience, and keeping recruitment data and reports up to date.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and functional teams to understand evolving talent needs, support workforce planning, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.



This role also involves refining recruitment processes, staying current with market trends, and helping build a diverse, high-performing team aligned with scanO’s mission.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across a variety of roles.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements and hiring strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Solid understanding of talent markets, especially in technology, product, operations, and healthcare-related roles.
- Analytical mindset for tracking recruitment metrics, generating reports, and recommending process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruiting or HR are a plus.
- Prior experience recruiting for startups or health-tech organizations is highly beneficial.
