Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, site visits, and property presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely project updates.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and channel partners.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals effectively.
- Target-oriented, confident, and qualified approach.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
