Real Estate Sales Executives – 3 Openings

We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Sales Executives for our Real Estate / Property Dealer office.

We currently have 3 openings:

1. Office Sales & Digital Marketing Executive – 1 Position

2. Field Sales Executive – 2 Positions

1. Office Sales & Digital Marketing Executive – 1 Position

This is primarily an office-based position. The candidate will handle incoming property leads, tele-calling, customer follow-ups and online promotion of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming property enquiries and leads.
- Call potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Regularly follow up with interested buyers and investors.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for property/site visits.
- Promote our properties through SEO and SMO.
- Manage property promotions on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other online platforms.
- Post property listings, photos, videos, reels and promotional content.
- Work on basic SEO, Local SEO and Google Business Profile activities.
- Help generate new property leads through digital marketing and social media.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into successful property deals.

Skills Required
- Knowledge or experience in SEO and SMO / Social Media Marketing.
- Good communication and tele-calling skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with potential customers.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google and other digital platforms.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, tele-calling or digital marketing will be preferred.

1. Field Sales Executives – 2 Positions

These positions will primarily involve field sales and property dealing activities.



The candidates should be comfortable travelling locally, meeting potential customers and showing properties to interested buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend leads assigned by the office sales team.
- Speak with interested property buyers and understand their requirements.
- Take customers for property/site visits.
- Explain property location, features, pricing and other relevant details.
- Meet customers at properties, sites or other required locations.
- Perform other property-related field work when required.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding customer status and follow-ups.
- Help negotiate and convert genuine enquiries into successful property sales.
- Build relationships with potential customers and generate references/leads.
- Maintain proper updates regarding property visits and customer discussions.

Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident personality with a sales-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with regular local travelling and field work.
- Knowledge of the local area and property market will be an advantage.
- Previous real estate or field sales experience will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle customers and property/site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
