Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing Blinkit’s retail and operational real estate portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating potential properties, negotiating and finalizing leases, and overseeing lease renewals and compliance with contractual obligations. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders (such as operations, finance, and legal) to ensure properties meet business requirements for location, size, and cost.

The Real Estate

Manager will monitor property performance, manage landlord relationships,



and address site-related issues to maintain optimal operations. This role also requires maintaining accurate real estate records, tracking key dates and financial terms, and supporting expansion plans in line with Blinkit’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management, including oversight of multiple sites, landlord coordination, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and managing Leases, including negotiation, documentation, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, including market analysis, site selection, and understanding of local regulations.
- Relevant experience (typically 5+ years) in real estate management for retail, warehousing, or commercial operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and real estate tracking tools, and comfort working with data to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
