Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Jaipur.

The Real Estate

Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, guiding them through property search, site visits, negotiations, and closing processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and managing a strong client portfolio, delivering responsive customer service,



and collaborating with internal teams on property marketing and lead follow-up.

The Real Estate

Agent will also support the platform’s commitment to ethical practices and transparent communication throughout each transaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate domain knowledge, including local market trends and residential/commercial property practices.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with real estate CRM tools, basic digital marketing skills for property promotion, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-site across various locations in Jaipur.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in residential or commercial real estate transactions.
