Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find new clients via cold calling, digital ads, social media, and networking.
- Property Showings: Take prospective buyers or renters on tours of homes, offices, or plots.
- Market Analysis: Compare local property values (Comparative Market Analysis) to price listings accurately.
- Client Advisory: Educate clients on market trends, home loans, and legal requirements.
- Negotiation & Closing: Present purchase offers, mediate between parties, and finalize contracts.
- Paperwork Management: Prepare purchase agreements, deeds, lease terms, and closing statements.

Meeting Sales Goals

- Working to hit specific revenue targets on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Tracking individual progress and updating data in a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management software).
- Reporting results and sales numbers to managers.





Maintaining Customer Relationships

- Following up with buyers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Solving problems and handling any complaints quickly.
- Encouraging repeat business and asking for referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Solid verbal and written skills to build trust and persuade clients.
- Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and broker fair deals for both sides.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local neighborhoods, pricing, and real estate rules.
- Organization: Capability to track multiple listings, client follow-ups, and paperwork deadlines.
- Education: Graduate & Post Graduate Both Can Apply

CTC: - 3LPA to 8LPA per Annum +Incentives
