Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in the Pune Division.

The Real Estate

Consultant will identify and cultivate prospective buyers and investors, present property options, and guide clients through the full sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, explaining project features, assisting with documentation, and supporting clients in property selection and closing. The role involves maintaining an updated inventory of available properties, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about market trends and local regulations.

The consultant will also follow up with leads,



prepare basic sales reports, and participate in training and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably within Pune and surrounding regions.

- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.

- Effective Negotiation abilities to support fair and successful agreements between all parties.

- Experience in Training or mentoring team members or agents on products, processes, or sales techniques.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

- Comfort with on-site work, frequent client interaction, and regular property visits.

- Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and local regulatory requirements is an advantage.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

- Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales is preferred.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial.
