Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhajjar for an R&D; professional specializing in engineering polymers and blends. The role involves planning and executing laboratory experiments to develop and optimize polymer formulations, blends, and processing conditions. The R&D; person will analyze test data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports and documentation to support product development and quality improvement.

Daily responsibilities include working with lab equipment, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with production and quality teams, and supporting scaling up of successful formulations to manufacturing.



The role also requires clear communication of findings, participation in technical discussions, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within the laboratory and plant workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) skills, including experience in polymer formulation, experimentation, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate material properties, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document results, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Laboratory Skills and Research experience, including safe handling of chemicals, operation of lab instruments, and adherence to lab protocols.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of polymer characterization techniques (e.g., mechanical testing, thermal analysis, rheology) is beneficial.
- Ability to work systematically, manage multiple experiments, and meet project timelines.
- Familiarity with industrial standards, safety practices, and quality systems in a manufacturing or materials environment is an advantage.
