- Assist in the formulation and development of construction chemical products such as tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing compounds, admixtures, repair mortars, and sealants.
- Support laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct physical and chemical tests and record observations accurately.
- Assist in product performance evaluations and application trials.
- Prepare samples for internal testing, customer demonstrations, and field trials.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and test records.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and technical services teams during product development activities.
