Role Description The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee a team of real estate professionals, guiding day-to-day sales and brokerage activities and ensuring high-quality client service. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes supervising property listings, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and commercial clients.

The Real Estate Team

Lead will set performance goals, coach team members, monitor market trends, and collaborate with management on strategy and reporting. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies,



maintaining accurate documentation, and representing 3M Estates professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for client interactions, negotiations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills for managing transactions and advising on property deals.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Candidates should have knowledge of local real estate markets, particularly Hyderabad, and an understanding of residential and commercial property trends.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong sales acumen, client relationship management abilities, and goal-oriented performance.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, along with prior experience in real estate leadership, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours as needed is preferred.
