About the Role

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Operations Executive who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Quick Commerce Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring 100% accurate and timely dispatch within the defined TAT.

The role requires a highly work-focused, hands-on and execution-oriented individual who can manage daily PO (Purchase Order) operations, coordinate packing manpower, and work closely with the Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted fulfilment across Quick Commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of Quick Commerce PO execution, from PO receipt to final dispatch.
- Ensure 100% fill rate of monthly POs, with minimal short shipments or pending quantities.
- Ensure all POs are picked, packed, QC-checked and dispatched within the defined dispatch TAT.
- Monitor daily PO status and proactively identify delays, stock shortages or operational bottlenecks.
- Manage and allocate packing manpower based on daily PO volumes and dispatch requirements.
- Supervise packing activities to ensure correct SKU, quantity, batch, MRP and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate closely with the Supply/Planning team to ensure required inventory is available for upcoming POs.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Key Account team regarding PO requirements, priorities, shortages, changes and dispatch status.
- Maintain daily trackers for PO received, PO processed, PO dispatched, pending quantity, short supply and fill rate.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates for every dispatch.
- Monitor ageing of pending POs and take immediate action to close them within the required timeline.
- Work with warehouse teams to improve picking, packing and dispatch productivity.
- Identify recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure adherence to company SOPs related to warehouse operations, dispatch and QC.
- Support reconciliation of dispatched quantities against PO quantities and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain strong follow-up with internal teams to ensure there are no avoidable delays in PO fulfilment.

Required Skills & Competencies

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, D2C, FMCG, E-commerce or Warehouse.
- Experience handling POs for platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart or other Quick Commerce channels will be an advantage.
- Experience in PO processing, warehouse dispatch, packing operations or fulfilment will be preferred.
