Role Description This is a full time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role focused on contractor and subcontractor billing, based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and updating Bills of Quantities (BOQs), verifying measurements, and certifying contractor and subcontractor bills in line with project contracts and specifications.

The Quantity

Surveyor will support cost planning, monitor cost trends, and assist in budget control throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams, maintaining accurate cost records,



and generating periodic cost reports. The role also includes identifying cost variations, supporting claim evaluations, and contributing to efficient cost management and financial closure of projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support forecasting, monitoring, and transparent financial tracking.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in BOQ preparation, verification, and updating for contractor and subcontractor billing.
- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate or construction projects, preferably in high-rise or large mixed-use developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software; familiarity with contract conditions and standard measurement practices.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines on-site.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional project teams and external stakeholders.
