Job Title: Quality Trainee

Department: Quality

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and follow Quality SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Gauges.
- Check components as per drawing and specifications.
- Record inspection results accurately.
- Identify and report defects/non-conformities.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Follow safety and 5S requirements.
- Support customer complaint and rejection analysis.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of quality concepts.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
