Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills

- Structural & Finishing Works: Strong knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and other finishing activities.
- QA/QC Management: Implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, IS Codes, and company quality standards.
- Site Inspection & Supervision: Conducting regular site inspections at different stages of construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Material Quality Inspection: Verifying the quality of incoming construction materials, including cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, blocks, tiles, and finishing materials.
- Workmanship Inspection: Monitoring construction activities to ensure proper execution, adherence to approved methods, and compliance with established quality standards.
- RCC & Structural Quality Control: Inspecting reinforcement placement, shuttering alignment, concrete pouring, compaction, curing, and structural execution.
- Finishing Quality Control: Inspecting plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, waterproofing, doors, windows, and other finishing activities.
- Drawing & Specification Compliance: Reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure that site execution complies with approved designs and technical requirements.
- Quality Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and maintaining Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists,



inspection requests, material inspection reports, and daily quality reports.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identifying quality deviations, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their closure.
- Concrete Quality Testing: Monitoring slump tests, cube tests, concrete sampling, and other relevant field and laboratory tests to verify compliance with specifications.
- Site Execution Coordination: Working closely with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and maintain construction standards.
- Method Statement & ITP Implementation: Reviewing and implementing approved method statements, inspection procedures, and quality control plans for construction activities.
- Pre-Pour & Post-Pour Inspection: Conducting reinforcement, shuttering, embedded item, and other pre-pour inspections, followed by post-concreting quality checks.
- Snagging & De-Snagging: Identifying construction defects, preparing snag lists, monitoring rectification, and conducting final inspections before project handover.
- Quality Audits:



Conducting internal site quality audits and ensuring compliance with project quality management systems and applicable standards.
- Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Monitoring the quality of work executed by contractors and subcontractors and ensuring that supplied materials meet approved specifications.
- Progress & Quality Monitoring: Tracking construction progress alongside quality parameters, identifying recurring defects, and recommending corrective measures.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Coordinating with site safety teams to ensure that construction activities follow applicable safety procedures and approved work practices.
- Client & Consultant Coordination: Coordinating with client representatives, project management consultants, and third-party inspectors for inspections, approvals, and quality-related matters.
- Defect Prevention & Root Cause Analysis: Investigating recurring construction defects, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures to improve workmanship and reduce rework.
- Final Inspection & Project Handover: Ensuring completion of quality inspections, closure of pending observations, compilation of quality documents, and preparation of handover records.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
