- Prepare and submit client IPCs/RA bills accurately and on time
- Prepare and verify monthly subcontractor RA bills
- Prepare the Price Escalation Work Program and associated claims
- Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) proposals with supporting documentation
- Prepare Change of Scope (COS) proposals and follow up for approval
- Ensure strict compliance with EPC guidelines and Contract Agreement provisions
Approvals & Statutory Compliance
- Obtain all technical, environmental and statutory approvals before the start of construction activities
- Track approval status and clear pending permissions and clearances
Correspondence & Client Coordination
- Manage all project-related correspondence with the client, Authority Engineer and other stakeholders
- Coordinate regularly with client personnel and resolve project queries to their satisfaction
- Maintain organised project records and contract documentation
Reporting
- Prepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports within stipulated timelines
- Prepare all other formats and statements required by the client
- Ensure transparent reporting of progress and site activities
Quality, Safety & Site Monitoring
- Conduct periodic site visits to review progress
Required Qualifications and Skills (suggested, edit as needed)
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with substantial experience may be considered)
- Experience in EPC highway/road projects, preferably in hilly terrain
- Working knowledge of contract management, billing, EOT/COS and price escalation
- Familiarity with MoRTH specifications and NHIDCL/PWD procedures
- Solid drafting, reporting and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and project scheduling tools
