Role Description The Quality Engineer will ensure that UNIPREP’s products and services meet defined quality standards through systematic testing, process evaluation, and continuous improvement. In this full-time remote role, the Quality Engineer will design and execute test plans, monitor quality metrics, analyze defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Daily activities include reviewing product requirements, developing quality criteria, conducting root cause analyses, and documenting findings in a clear and structured manner.



The role also involves contributing to quality-related documentation, refining quality workflows, and supporting the implementation of best practices to enhance product reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and improve quality frameworks.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to develop test plans, verify compliance, and monitor quality metrics.
- Knowledge of Product Quality principles to evaluate product performance, user impact, and defect trends.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams, with transparent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with quality and testing tools (e.g., test management systems, issue tracking software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in platform-based or tech product environments is an advantage.
