Special Requirement

1. Candidate should be preferably from Product inspection/audit firms like TUV, SGS,Intertek, UL etc.
2. Proficient in written & oral English especially American pronunciations

Job PurposeTo lead all Quality Assurance activities related to Finishing, Roll Checking, Fabrication,Final Inspection, Packing and Dispatch by ensuring only conforming products are releasedto customers. Responsible for final product verification, fabrication approvals, customerspecification compliance, packing quality, dispatch clearance, documentation andcontinuous quality improvement to achieve zero customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Final Inspection & Product Release- Lead final inspection of finished shade net rolls before fabrication or dispatch.- Verify GSM, width, length, shade, appearance, roll weight, dimensions, labeling andcustomer specifications.- Approve product release only after quality compliance.- Hold and segregate non-conforming material until disposition.
2. Finishing & Roll Checking- Supervise 100% roll checking and finishing inspection.- Verify roll winding, edge condition, roll hardness, cleanliness and product appearance.- Monitor defects including stop marks, guide hole, tape defects, color variation, GSMvariation, width variation, long/short errors, border defects, contamination and other fabricdefects.- Maintain rejection analysis and defect trend reports.
3. Fabrication & Panel Quality- Verify quality of fabricated panels before dispatch.- Inspect panel dimensions, stitching quality, eyelet fixing, reinforcement webbing, seams,accessories,



appearance and workmanship.- Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved drawings, customer specifications andquality standards.- Approve or reject fabricated panels based on inspection results.- Coordinate with the Fabrication team to eliminate quality defects and implementcorrective actions.
4. Packing & Dispatch Quality- Verify packing method, roll arrangement, panel packing, labeling, palletization andcustomer-specific packing requirements.- Ensure dispatch quantity, roll count, panel quantity and documentation are accurate.- Approve dispatch only after final quality verification.- Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics teams to prevent transit-related quality issues.
5. Team Leadership- Lead and supervise the finishing, roll checking and final inspection team.- Allocate daily inspection responsibilities and monitor team performance.- Conduct quality briefings and ensure proper shift handover.
6. Customer Compliance & Continuous Improvement- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, inspection plans and packingstandards.- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and PreventiveActions (CAPA).- Coordinate with Production, Knitting, Extrusion, Fabrication, Dispatch and Sales teams toresolve quality issues and improve process performance.
7. Documentation & Management Reporting- Prepare Final Inspection Reports (FIR), panel inspection reports, rejection reports,dispatch clearance reports and CAPA reports.- Present the Final Inspection Report for management review and dispatch approval.- Maintain ERP records, inspection reports and product traceability.- Submit daily quality status reports and immediately escalate critical quality issues to the
