Role Description The Quality Control Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Wadhwan. This position is responsible for conducting routine and batch-specific testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products in accordance with established QC procedures. The role includes preparing and maintaining accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation required for regulatory and internal audits.

The Quality Control

Officer will monitor compliance with quality standards, assist in investigating deviations or non-conformities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.



Daily activities also involve working with cross-functional teams, ensuring proper use and calibration of laboratory equipment, and upholding safety and Positive Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including familiarity with pharmaceutical QC protocols and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, such as interpreting test data, identifying trends, and troubleshooting quality-related issues.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for documenting results, reporting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Laboratory Skills, including operating analytical instruments, following GLP, and maintaining accurate lab records.
- Candidates should ideally have a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, along with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or QC.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (such as GMP) and experience with audits or inspections will be considered an advantage.
