Role Description The Quality Auditor (QSR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for monitoring and improving quality standards across Basil quick service restaurant outlets. This role involves conducting regular audits of food preparation, hygiene practices, and service processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will review operational documentation, analyze quality metrics, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

The Quality

Auditor will collaborate with outlet managers and operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives, support training on quality procedures,



and follow up on action plans to drive consistency. The role also includes preparing audit reports, maintaining records, and providing data-driven insights to leadership to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance to evaluate processes and ensure compliance with Basil’s standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control and Quality Management skills to maintain consistency, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement across outlets.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret audit results, identify trends, and recommend practical, data-driven actions.
- Relevant QSR experience in quick service restaurants, food service, or hospitality quality roles is mandatory.
- A diploma or degree in food technology, hospitality management, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., FSSAI or equivalent) and comfort working in fast-paced, multi-outlet environments will be an advantage.
- A laptop is a must.
