Key Responsibilities:

- Handle New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct research on raw materials, printing substrates and packaging materials.
- Develop and test product samples and prototypes before mass production.
- Perform inspection and quality checks of raw materials, in-process products and finished products.
- Identify defects and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement CAPA for recurring quality issues.
- Monitor quality parameters and maintain inspection and testing records.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyse quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support production workflow optimization and reduce material wastage.
- Participate in product trials and validation of recent materials and processes.
- Support quality audits and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
- Prepare quality, testing,



trial and improvement reports.

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Printing & Packaging, Applied Sciences or related field.

Preferred Profile:

3+ years of experience in printing/packaging, Quality, NPD, or R&D; with practical exposure to quality inspection, material testing, product development, process improvement and production coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
