Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the complete QA system.

- Lead, supervise and train the QA team.
- Approve specifications, BMRs, SOPs and master formulations.
- Manage batch release/rejection and quality documentation.
- Oversee incoming-material and finished-product testing.
- Manage vendor qualification and external laboratory testing.
- Ensure FSSAI compliance and label/version control.
- Handle complaints, deviations, CAPA and mock recalls.
- Maintain retention samples and product traceability.
- Review formulation changes from a technical and quality perspective.
