Job Title: QS & Billing (Civil)
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Diploma Civil/ B.E. Civil/ B.Tech Civil Engineer
Experience: 4 + years
Computer Skills: Ms office, Autocad
:
- Responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, BBS and quantity verification from drawings and specifications.
- Handle client, subcontractor and labour billing,including measurements, RA bills and supporting documents.
- Assist in cost estimation, quantity reconciliation, material reconciliation and variation statements.
- Coordinate with Site, Planning and Procurement teams and ensure quantities and measurements comply with project specifications and applicable IS codes.
