QA Tester

We are looking for a QA Tester to join our engineering team in Kolhapur .

What You'll Do

- Analyze software requirements and identify potential issues, testing scenarios, and quality risks.
- Design, prepare, and execute test cases to validate application functionality and performance.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and enterprise applications.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Validate application workflows, user interfaces, and data accuracy across different environments.
- Perform API testing and database validation to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to investigate and resolve issues.




- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation activities.
- Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and execution records.
- Contribute to improving testing processes, product reliability, and overall software quality.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycles.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, test case creation, and test execution.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and database validation.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools and Agile development practices.
- Understanding of web applications, browser compatibility, and responsive testing.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to learning.
