- Conduct quality inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concreting, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and relevant IS codes.
- Monitor concrete testing, material quality, and site inspection procedures.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with execution teams.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 46 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction or real estate.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise tower projects of 40+ floors.
Solid knowledge of civil and structural quality inspections, concrete technology, and QA/QC procedures. Note: No Relocations. Candidates from Mumbai can only apply
