Financial Edge AX is looking for an India-based QA Tester to help test a multi-portal commercial finance platform used by brokers, lenders, clients, referrers, and internal staff.

You’ll be testing real platform workflows across React web apps, shared login/authentication, application forms, document uploads, lender recommendation tools, and role-based portal experiences.

What You’ll Test

- Shared login, OTP, session handoff, and role-based access
- Application intake forms and save/submit flows
- Broker, lender, client, referrer, and staff portal workflows
- Deal Checker and lender recommendation outputs
- Document upload, checklist, and processing journeys
- Public secure-link flows such as proposals, application reviews, and agreements
- Cross-browser, responsive, and usability issues
- Regression testing before releases

Responsibilities

- Create and execute clear manual test cases
- Perform exploratory testing across key user journeys
- Log bugs with screenshots, videos, reproduction steps, expected vs actual behaviour, and severity
- Re-test fixes and support release sign-off
- Check edge cases around permissions, expired links, incomplete data, failed uploads, and interrupted sessions




- Work closely with the product/engineering team during a fast-moving monthly QA cycle

Required Skills

- 2+ years QA/testing experience for web applications
- Strong manual testing and bug-reporting discipline
- Comfortable testing SaaS dashboards, forms, portals, and admin workflows
- Experience using browser dev tools, network logs, and basic API tools such as Postman
- Positive written English and clear communication
- Ability to work independently and cover detailed workflows without constant supervision

Nice To Have

- Experience testing fintech, lending, CRM, document, or workflow platforms
- Basic automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar
- Familiarity with accessibility, mobile responsive testing, and regression test planning
- Experience testing authentication, permissions, and secure-link flows

Working Arrangement

This is a remote contract role for an initial 1-month engagement, with potential to extend based on performance and ongoing QA needs. Some overlap with Australian business hours will be helpful.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
