Position: QMS Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Location: Chhapraula, Gautam Buddha Nagar

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain QMS/IMS systems as per organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and control QMS/IMS documentation and records.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct and coordinate Internal Audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Organize and support Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Monitor corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments for QMS/IMS compliance and closure of observations.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Practical experience in CAPA, NCR & Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience in Internal Auditing.
- Knowledge of MRM and audit documentation.
- Hands-on experience in QMS/IMS implementation and documentation.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.





Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech candidates with 3–5 years of relevant QMS/IMS experience.
- Candidates with manufacturing/industrial experience will be preferred.
- Should have practical knowledge of ISO systems, audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
