Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop robust, scalable test automation frameworks using Python.

- Develop REST API automation with well-structured object layers.

- Perform testing in Linux/UNIX environments.

- Use Git workflows for version control and collaborative development.

- Test cloud platforms and distributed systems.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

- Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Take ownership of automation tasks from development through completion.

- Develop clean and maintainable automation code.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Python test automation.

- Robust Python development and test automation framework experience.

- Good Linux/UNIX troubleshooting skills.





- Hands-on experience with REST API automation.

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed-system testing.

- SQL knowledge for data validation and test-data management.

- Experience with Django, pytest, or PyCharm is an advantage.

- Agile/Scrum experience is desirable.

- Familiarity with Hyper-V or ESXi is an advantage.

- Good debugging and systematic troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.

- Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
