? Position: Purchase ManagerStefen Electric Pvt. Ltd., a sister company of Steadfast Engineers LLP, is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with robust hands-on experience in the Lithium-Ion Battery / Battery Manufacturing industry.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Source lithium-ion battery cells, BMS, nickel strips, connectors, wires, enclosures, electronic components and other raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery and material quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Develop alternate vendors to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Analyze quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain purchase records, MIS and vendor documentation.
? Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Mandatory: Experience in Lithium-Ion Battery / Battery Manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of battery components and electrical/electronic raw materials.
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and Purchase Order management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle procurement activities.
? Salary₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. ? Location: Faridabad, Haryana
