Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and responsible Public Relations Officer (PRO) to represent Dhyan Health Care and strengthen our relationship with patients, the local community, referral sources and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain good relationships with patients, visitors and the local community.
- Promote hospital services, consultant OPDs, health camps and special medical programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies and referral sources.
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow up with patients when required.
- Support hospital marketing and outreach activities.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs and community activities.
- Collect patient feedback and communicate key concerns to the management.
- Coordinate with the hospital's marketing and administrative teams.
- Identify opportunities for increasing hospital visibility and patient reach.
- Maintain daily records of visits, referrals, enquiries and follow-ups.




- Represent Dhyan Health Care professionally during external meetings and community activities.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and communicating with people.
- Knowledge of the local area and community is preferred.
- Tamil communication is essential; basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare PR, field marketing or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong willingness to work in the field may also apply.
