Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations Executive with a strong understanding of media relations, communication strategies, and PR campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, an understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to build strong client and media relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- PR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to communication strategies based on industry trends, client objectives, stakeholder insights, and competitor activities.
- Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop creative ideas for PR campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives while identifying relevant media opportunities.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with national and regional media, proactively pitch stories, and independently manage incoming media queries.
- Content Development: Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, newsletters, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Client Servicing: Support day-to-day client communication, participate in brainstorming sessions, and provide relevant media and industry insights.
- Event Management: Coordinate PR events and media engagements, including venue selection, timelines, checklists, resource allocation,



and on-ground execution.
- Media Monitoring & Insights: Track media coverage, monitor industry conversations, and identify opportunities to strengthen client visibility and reputation.
- Industry & Competitor Research: Stay updated on sector developments, competitor campaigns, and emerging PR trends to support effective communication planning.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valuable understanding of the national and regional media landscape.
- Experience in media pitching, press release drafting, and PR campaign execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to ideation, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and media stakeholders.
