Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and experienced Prosthodontist to join our clinical team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in full-mouth rehabilitation, implantology, and advanced aesthetic smile makeovers. You will manage complex restorative cases, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide world-class care.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation & Implants: Perform full-mouth implant surgeries and restorative procedures, including All-on-4/All-on-6 concepts, immediate loading, and complex bone-anchored rehabilitations.

Aesthetic Dentistry & Smile Makeovers: Design and execute comprehensive cosmetic smile makeovers tailored to individual facial aesthetics.

Advanced Restorative Work: Expertly handle precision cases utilizing bonded lithium disilicate restorations (veneers, onlays, crowns)



with meticulous marginal fit, cementation, and bonding protocols.

Multidisciplinary Treatment Planning: Collaborate seamlessly with orthodontists, endodontists, and oral surgeons to formulate comprehensive, patient-centric treatment plans.

Patient Communication: Educate patients on complex treatment modalities, manage expectations clearly, and ensure high standards of patient comfort and clinical safety.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications: MDS in Prosthodontics (or equivalent recognized postgraduate degree).

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated clinical experience post-MDS, with a solid, verifiable portfolio of full-mouth implant cases and aesthetic smile makeovers.

Technical Proficiency

Hands-on expertise in full-mouth dental implant planning and execution.

Proven mastery in handling and adhesively bonding lithium disilicate restorations.

Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM) is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, high professional ethics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
