Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Property

Advisor will guide prospective buyers and investors through property options, explaining features, pricing, and investment potential, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, managing inquiries, following up with leads, and providing accurate information on availability, legal documentation, and financial aspects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for property listings, marketing activities, and transaction support, as well as maintaining updated knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations.





The Property

Advisor will also prepare basic reports, maintain client records, and support closing of deals in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Property Management, including handling listings, coordinating site visits, and understanding property features.
- Knowledge of Investments, with the ability to explain property as an asset class and discuss returns and risks in simple terms.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach, responsiveness, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of Finance, including pricing structures, payment plans, and mortgage or loan processes.
- Prior experience in real estate advisory, sales, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Kolkata, with willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for maintaining records and reports.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; real estate or finance-related studies are a plus.
- High ethical standards, integrity in dealing with clients, and a commitment to professional conduct.
