NITCO Limited is looking for a driven Project Sales Executive – Marble to develop business with large builders, real estate developers and the Architect & Designer (A&D;) community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales of premium marble and natural stone for large residential, commercial and hospitality projects
- Identify and develop business opportunities with large builders, developers and real estate groups
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers including Purchase Heads, Project Heads, PMC teams and senior stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers and consultants to drive product specifications
- Track upcoming and ongoing projects and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and product/sample discussions
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification to commercial negotiation, order closure and collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, quotations, availability,
execution and timely delivery
- Achieve assigned revenue and project-conversion targets
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
- Preferred background in Marble, Natural Stone, Tiles, Premium Surfaces or relevant building materials
- Proven exposure to large builders, developers and major projects
- Strong network within the Builder/Developer and A&D; ecosystem
- Experience in specification selling and handling long project-sales cycles
- Robust communication, relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills
- Comfortable with extensive field sales and client/site visits.
