Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Haveli with some work-from-home flexibility, covers responsibilities across Project, Resident Design, System Engineering, IBMS operation, Safety, Purchase, and HR Recruitment. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting project planning and execution, assisting in design and engineering activities, and coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure system integrity. The role involves monitoring IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems), helping maintain safety standards, and supporting purchase activities such as vendor coordination and material tracking.

The team member may also assist HR with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews,



and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation of work, and adherence to company processes and quality standards are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Project Design and Design Engineering, with the ability to interpret technical requirements and develop practical solutions.
- Foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering to understand mechanical components, fabrication processes, and assembly requirements.
- Basic to intermediate expertise in Electrical Engineering, particularly related to systems integration and IBMS operations.
- Competence in Project Management, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, with strong self-organization, time management, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to interact with engineering, operations, safety, purchase, and HR teams.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and familiarity with ISO standards or similar quality frameworks.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or related technical field; experience in industrial automation, telecom, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
