Position: Project Manager – Projects / Execution

Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end technical execution and project delivery across assigned sites in the region. The role requires strong hands-on experience in MEP, electrical infrastructure, warehouse/mother hub (MH) and warehouse (WH) projects, along with interior fit-out and civil execution.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, vendor management, manpower deployment, quality and timeline adherence, and ensuring successful project handover with minimal or zero snags.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end site execution across assigned projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical standards are met.
- Conduct regular/daily site visits to monitor project progress and resolve execution-related issues.
- Lead and monitor MEP execution, with robust focus on electrical infrastructure and installations.
- Supervise electrical, MEP, civil, and interior fit-out works across project sites.
- Coordinate with fit-out, MEP, electrical, HDR and MTSS rack vendors for smooth project execution.
- Review site requirements and provide technical execution guidance, site markings, and work initiation instructions to vendors.
- Ensure timely deployment of materials, equipment, and skilled manpower as per project requirements.
- Monitor daily manpower deployment and attendance at project sites.
- Track project progress against approved timelines,



identify execution risks, and drive timely closure.
- Coordinate with Central Projects and Operations teams for project execution, issue resolution, and site readiness.
- Drive timely site completion and handover to Operations with minimal or zero snags.
- Prepare and share daily/periodic project progress reports with the Central Projects team.
- Manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously across the assigned region.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region as required for project execution.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in MEP execution is mandatory.
- Mandatory experience in Interior Fit-out and Civil project execution.
- Proven experience in end-to-end site/project execution from initiation through handover.
- Strong technical understanding of MEP, electrical systems, civil works, and fit-out activities.
- Experience managing multiple vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Experience in warehouse, mother hub, fulfillment center, industrial, or large-scale facility projects is preferred.
- 3+Experience in handling large-scale MEP/electrical projects from execution to handover is preferred.
