We’re Hiring: Project Manager /n /n Join a Greenfield Particle Board Manufacturing Company /n Location: Karnataka, India /n Apply by email: [email protected] /n /n About the Opportunity - /n /n We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and execution of particle board manufacturing projects from concept through completion. /n /n This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a greenfield project and contribute to building a modern, sustainable wood-based panel manufacturing business. /n /n Key Responsibilities - /n /n

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

/n

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

/n

- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

/n

- Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, and key performance indicators.

/n

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, legal, and industry standards.

/n

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes, and corrective actions.

/n

- Ensure timely delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality and cost control.

/n

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

/n

- Support effective communication and collaboration across all project functions.

/n /n /n Candidate Requirements - /n /n /n

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Forestry, Wood Science, or a related discipline.

/n

- 5–8 years of proven project management experience,



preferably in:

/n

- Particle board manufacturing

/n

- Wood-based panels

/n

- Building materials

/n

- Industrial or manufacturing projects

/n

- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.

/n

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Knowledge of Kannada will be an advantage.
