Role Description The Project Manager/Sr. Manager – Oracle Fusion will lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion-based initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Chennai, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinating cross-functional teams; and ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. The role involves overseeing Oracle Fusion implementation or enhancement activities, managing risk and issue logs, facilitating stakeholder communication, and driving adherence to quality and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion implementations or upgrades across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, or related enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design coordination, and collaborating with technical, functional, and business teams.
- Ability to manage budgets, track project performance metrics, and report status to senior leadership and clients.
- Experience with hybrid work models and leading distributed teams, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to enterprise solutions, cloud-based platforms, and integration frameworks; familiarity with quality and governance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Skilled certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, or Oracle project-related certifications are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in IT services or consulting environments and managing multiple projects or large programs is an advantage.
