Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Manager in the area of Rooftop solar Energy who can manage customer documentation and coordinate with banks, DISCOMs/electricity utilities and government portals for residential rooftop solar projects under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

Key Responsibilities

- PM Surya Ghar Portal & Customer Registration

- Register customers and manage applications on the PM Surya Ghar portal.
- Complete and track customer documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents, corrections and approvals.
- Track application status until completion.

2. Bank & Solar Loan Coordination
- Assist customers in applying for rooftop solar loans.
- Coordinate with banks regarding loan applications, documentation and sanction.
- Follow up with bank officials and customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain records of loan applications and their status.

3. Net Metering & DISCOM Coordination
- Coordinate with electricity utilities/DISCOMs for net-metering applications.
- Submit and follow up on required documents.
- Coordinate site inspection, meter-related processes and approvals.
- Resolve routine documentation/application issues with the concerned officials.

4. Subsidy & Commissioning Support
- Track projects from installation to commissioning and subsidy processing.




- Ensure required documents are complete for subsidy claims.
- Coordinate with customers and relevant departments for pending actions.

5. Customer Coordination
- Keep customers informed about application, loan, net-metering and subsidy status.
- Handle customer queries related to documentation and government processes.
- Ensure timely completion of each project milestone.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar, banking, NBFC, DISCOM, government liaison or documentation-related work.
- Candidates with experience in rooftop solar or PM Surya Ghar processes will be preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with online portals, Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
- Should be comfortable visiting banks, DISCOM offices and other relevant offices when required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹12,000/month

Travel/Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000/month

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on successful project completion and performance.

Total Fixed Monthly Support: ₹14,000 + Performance Incentives
