? Key Requirements:

- 10–13 years of experience in the Banking Industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Prior experience in Data Migration projects.
- Solid project coordination, planning, and execution skills.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project updates, and status reporting.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Use Jira to manage tasks,



track deliverables, and monitor project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
- Coordinate data migration activities, including planning, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Identify project risks and proactively work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
- Support process improvements and ensure adherence to project governance.
