- Manage overall execution of multiple real estate/construction projects.
- Handle 2 to 3 sites simultaneously and monitor project progress.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor civil, structural, finishing and MEP activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor BOQ, measurements, billing, material consumption and project costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Robust experience in real estate/construction project execution.
- Experience handling multiple sites is preferred.
2. Site Supervisor Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and Site Engineers.
- Monitor manpower, materials and work progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Check quality of civil, finishing and other construction work.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Identify and report delays, technical issues and material requirements.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for timely completion of activities.
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in real estate/construction contracting.
- Good knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
