Role Description The Project Manager – Modular Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution for modular interior projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with design, production, logistics, and installation teams. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project milestones, managing timelines and budgets, overseeing site inspections, and ensuring installation quality and adherence to specifications.

The Project

Manager will interface with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, handle issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring material flow,



resolving delays, managing contractors and vendors, and implementing process improvements for effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting for modular interior or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess experience as an Expeditor with proven ability in Expediting and coordination between design, production, and site teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with design specifications and installation standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management capabilities to manage material movement, scheduling, and on-time delivery to project sites.
- Relevant degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or project management is preferred.
- Experience in modular furniture, interiors, or related fit-out projects will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools, MS Office, and basic design/technical drawings interpretation.
