Project Manager

Location: Delhi / Hybrid

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from planning to execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable coordinating people, managing deadlines, communicating with clients and internal teams, and solving problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Create project timelines, milestones, task lists, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and clients.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow up with team members and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain clear action points.
- Keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Manage changes in scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure the final output meets the required quality standards.




- Continuously improve project workflows and team processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, account management, or a similar role.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
