Role Description This full time Project Manager role at Intrici Interiors is an on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior projects from planning to completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising site work, coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors, and monitoring adherence to specifications and standards. The role involves tracking materials and logistics, resolving project issues, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating interior projects.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor site work, verify quality standards, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material flow, vendor coordination, and on-time site deliveries.
- Relevant experience in interior design or construction project management, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
